@ubereats_es I’ve ordered but never received my food. I paid “priority” and after 1:30h of waiting, the app was still showing “Preparing Order…”. There is no way to contact anyone on the app. Please help!

When I called the restaurant after 1:30h of waiting, they said that the order was ready almost immediately (we are talking about burgers with fries). Even if I were able to pick it up, I doubt the food would be edible anymore.

@Uber_Support I didn’t receive my order. I’ve tried switching to “pick up”, but it didn’t seem to work. After some time it the order changed to competed and now I cannot do anything at all. There is no way to contact anyone from the iOS app.
