Hey @marksandspencer - your website is broken, I can’t log in. The screen freezes with random code in the form fields and a spinning gif that persists.

He’s signed in to fortnight. And clicks on ‘join fortnite crew’

it says ‘you need a parent to buy this. We can’t send a request for this one, so you’ll have to ask them another way’

@Se_Railway why can’t I buy a ticket online today? submit button doesn’t work! I have a key card for my son - starting secondary school. How to add to my account. The letter with it has very poor instructions. Neither the website or the app have somewhere to add a new key card?

@Se_Railway I already have my own keycard (I don’t use it) and it’s there’s no option to add a new one. I even registered as my son and there’s no option there either.

@Se_Railway Sure. It won’t let me select a season ticket... show tickets is greyed out
