@WillFedder If I had to guess I would say sometimes. Typically an analysis like this will consider trips with an origin and destination inside the corridor study area.

@jmgpix People effectively in charge of the Mt. Vernon historic district believe that no new building can draw upon the context of the historic buildings around it. It's disgusting.
So far 12 builder's remedy projects have been submitted in Santa Monica since the Housing Element fell out of compliance. These essentially get rubber stamp approval through the state (I'll have more info in my story tomorrow). One of them is 15 stories & 2,400 units.

@NathanJRobinson@IDoTheThinking I like historic architecture and quaint neighborhoods too. With good urban design regulations can have those while also building more homes. More of the US deserves the opportunity to grow into places like the beautiful, diverse, mid-rise, mixed-use neighborhoods of Europe.
