@British_Airways Our case was supposed to be on a flight yesterday morning according to your call centre. Your system still says your looking for it plus your system will not let me update the type of bag to hard case. Its keeps defaulting to soft case! INVBA46899 is our ref

@VirginMoney currently on holiday abroad and your app won't work and my payment was refused in a shop! Embarrassing!!! Never had these issues with clydesdale. When I get home I will be changing banks. Just ridiculous
@VirginMoney a reply as to what's going on would be helpful. My card is not working to make payments , app not working and online banking won't load. having to withdraw cash from ATM is not acceptable when in a foreign country
