@TraeyzX @Hoopss 💯!! In the U.K. tipping is optional, not compulsory. That said, we operate a decent basic minimum wage, and food is priced accordingly to cover the restaurant’s overheads. I’ll tip if the service is exceptional. I’d argue this isn’t rocket science?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

@BhaiMuthu @JustEatUK Our bank reverted us to @JustEatUK to ask them to cancel the pending transactions, gave them all the details the bank supplied, still NO RESPONSE. Money has now come out. We even have a crime ref. Beyond angry 😡🤬 Pleased your bank were more helpful though! 👍🏻

@JustEatUK I have emailed you, sent over the details via Resolver AND filed via Action Fraud. It’s been 5 days and STILL no action. I have times/dates and a crime reference number, and yet you still can’t look into this?! 😡
