It’s research for my new bbq radio show honestly.Doing this on a small portable Weber Go Anywhere bbq with charcoal.The chicken has a shawarma rub and bacon and will sit on top of the par boiled potatoes drizzled in olive oil with red onion petals and whole garlic cloves.#weber

It is with huge sadness I announce the passing of my best friend tonight.She was taken ill suddenly and rushed to the vets where I had to make the worst of decisions. I will truly miss my Girl Tipsy. So totally broken by her loss. Best mate I will never forget. Broken-hearted. 😭

BBQ chicken wings and home made dip with salad and toasted sesame seeds. Get in. Lots of herbs and spices including Chaat Masala, Aleppo chilli flakes and garlic rub. Dip is mayonnaise, lime juice, fresh chopped parsley and coriander and garlic. Was rather nice.#weberGA #chicken
