@michaelgeller So has all this increased housing over the past decade done anything to lower the selling price? Rhetorical. “Eco density”has been hanging around since the Sam Sullivan days, like a bad smell. Vancouver has added more housing/capita over the past 40 years than most.

Vancouver locals like riding bikes in Stanley Park. Thousands every day. This is a good thing. Yesterday afternoon I was walking on Beach Ave towards Hornby St and I saw 4 different cars parking and unloading bikes for a ride to Stanley Park in the space of one block. (Thread)
