You get up to flip the burgers and a pathologically entitled person runs up under your tent and sits down in your chair.

You ask him to leave, your friends ask him to leave. He refuses. So you grab his leg to pull him out of the chair.

By your logic, this insufferable prick is entitled to murder you now because, "self defense?"

Plus I still don't buy the, "he had a right to be there," argument. It was a specific team tent for a school he didn't even attend. To which he entered armed with a knife he shouldn't have had. And he was asked to leave by multiple people, multiple times, long before any physical altercation began.

All this still reads as him being the initiator, threats notwithstanding. Like he was looking for a fight. That isn't self-defense. At best, imperfect self-defense which still means manslaughter.

Yes he advocates for some traditional views. But never forget, the only reason why anyone knows who he is, he was a scam artist and a pornographer. Arguably trafficking girls to a different country to facilitate his pornography.

There are instances where it works. Say for instance, you have two peoole who were married, had kids, and got divorced. They both go back out dating, find each other, get married again.

I think that can work. Both parties had families, they know the score, they HOPEFULLY learned what can go right and what can go wrong.
