How is it that you are unable to tell me when a parcel will be delivered. I have now waited in for several days as your cards say will deliver on next working day. I would like to make a formal complaint. Please could you supply me with details of someone I can email.

@quidco I tried using Fitflop voucher code AUTUMN25 last week but it didn't work. I called up Friday and was told there was an issue and to check later that day. It still doesn't work and the voucher expired tomorrow 7/10. Your live chat is now closed till Monday. Please help

@AmazonHelp Still waiting for a response. Delivery driver needs to be spoken to about where calling cards are left. Wedged on my front door is NOT the correct place. Maybe some crime prevention training for drivers would be helpful?

@AmazonHelp The issue is not that I wasn't in. The issue is your delivery left a sorry I missed you card on my front door - wedged - instead of posting through the letterbox which is clearly available. This is a burglars dream a card showing the front door hasn't been opened.
