@OrthopodReg Bully : one who is habitually cruel, insulting, or threatening to others who are weaker, smaller, or in some way vulnerable. I say NO. NEVER. In fact, a bully goes against what a doctor should be, never mind a trainer.
Dear 🇬🇧,
We NHS doctors are burnt out, broken, in debt, and leaving the NHS in record numbers. We must understand why. I spoke to Vanessa Feltz about why ending the staff haemorrhage is so vital to improving your care.

I highly recommend this thread for UK docs considering a move...
I trained and CCT'ed in UK, spent 2.5 years in Australia on Fellowships and now working as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in NZ.

A brilliant day at our first surgical skills workshop. Great to see so many NI foundation trainees enthusiastic about surgery. Special thanks to @plasticstitch for sharing your wisdom, @Weebrian for the support & @RCSEd for making it possible… until next time!
@dr_mattmorgan@_EveMalam_ Maybe the Government misread that TXA helps with haemorrhage and decided to give us more TAX…. (…I know, I won’t give up the day job 😅…)
