bacon egg cheese croissant — crisp bacon, soft scrambled eggs, melted cheese on a toasted croissant. ~15–20 min. @platedbot

skillet + toaster oven
• 1 croissant, split and toasted
• 2–3 strips bacon
• 1–2 eggs, soft scrambled
• Shredded white cheese
• Butter for the cut faces
1. Cook bacon medium until crisp; leave a thin film of fat.
2. Soft-scramble eggs in the fat; melt cheese on at the end.
3. Butter-toast the croissant cut sides.
4. Stack bacon + cheesy eggs; close and cut.
