PlatformD

Real world assets, issued as Digital Securities. Origination to settlement.

[PlatformD @platformdio]

Trade finance is a $10 trillion market. Suppliers pay private credit rates (expensive!) for working capital.

Tokenisation does not solve this. Tokenising traditionally issued securities? Even MORE intermediaries on legacy rails.

PlatformD does end-to-end onchain securitisation - investors get RFR+ yields, suppliers access capital market rates.

Here's how 🧵

[Belsy Yuen @0xBelsy]

The hard part of tokenisation is not the ledger. It is origination: making an asset arrive onchain already carrying its own proof. @PwC_UK and @BarclaysUK just called this the UK's next wave of opportunities.

In their Rewiring Finance: Tokenisation as a Catalyst for UK Growth report - Recommendation 5 is where the UK can lead: connecting tokenisation to the wider growth agenda means building its digital public infrastructure to serve tokenised markets.

It is buildable now, at least for invoice financing. @HMRCgovuk mandated e-invoicing, digital identity and digital signature are not separate policy tracks. They are the origination stack. Wire them together and a verifiable asset becomes the default output of doing business, not a bespoke construction.

Tokenising existing stock keeps the UK in the game. Originating verifiable assets onchain, where that coordination is solved at source, is how the UK leads the use cases the report says it has a credible right to win.

To maximise the benefits of onchain financial infrastructure requires the underlying assets to be native, verifiable and transparent.

[Belsy Yuen @0xBelsy]

1/ Onchain yield is now plug and play.
But does it benefit the real economy?

@aave shipped Stable Vaults @RobinhoodApp pays a target yield on USDG.

This is the @stripe moment for onchain yield - abstracted behind an API - B2B2C, and it works.

[PlatformD @platformdio]

Building the whole stack, from ingredients to product, atomic.

[Belsy Yuen @0xBelsy]

$BAGEY is a real step forward. It is an OEIC issued natively onchain, as @TFGolden puts it: the legal register of ownership.

So what is actually in the fund? Short-duration fixed income, conventional transferable securities, held in traditional custody and settled across legacy infrastructure.

The fund is native. Its contents are not.

That is the next unlock. Bringing the transferable securities onchain as native assets makes the whole stack settle atomically. They can feed into onchain vaults, native funds, collateralised lending, etc

[Belsy Yuen @0xBelsy]

@StaniKulechov Getting the cost and market infrastructure right is a big step, but we also need to get the asset right. Native public securities is much needed to fully utilise the v4 thesis. Wrappers won't do.

[Belsy Yuen @0xBelsy]

@PanteraCapital The problems with wrapper becomes more apparent for onchain finance, to bring assets other than crypto to vaults such as @aave , @Morpho, we need to get the asset right and the only way is to originate and have risk mechanism built into the collateral.

Great to learn that @deutschetelekom is working on many of the tech stack - #SSI #eudi, that @platformdio uses to bring capital market rates to suppliers for e-invoice financing, and investment-grade onchain yield for investors.

Thank you again @mms_Blockchain for hosting the event during @BerBlockWeek.

"Programmable constraints extend an institution's potential for automated compliance..."

This is why we built Dchain on the @cosmos technology stack.

Our native module governs every transaction on the ledger. Validator block proposal, asset notarisation, counterparty interaction: each with configurable Self-Sovereign Identity attestation requirements, expressed as eIDAS 2.0 compliant Verifiable Credentials.

Regulated capital markets workflows run end to end on a single platform, from cryptographic origination to real-time settlement.

[Cosmos - The Interchain ⚛️ @cosmos]

Cosmos was featured in @IBTimesUK on how digital ledger infrastructure shifts risk management from manual approvals to built-in transaction logic, where every transaction is validated automatically against predefined rules, with no separate workflow or manual review.

Agentlemen's Agreement - the missing layer.

AI agents will not just assist businesses. They will be businesses. Autonomous actors generating verifiable cashflows will inevitably produce new assets.

They operate with delegated authority, make decisions, interact across systems, and increasingly act autonomously.

However, without a clear model for identity and delegation, the risks become real: loss of control, blurred responsibility, and systems that are hard to govern.

The current framing puts stablecoin holders in a binary: balance-based rewards that look like deposits, or narrow activity-based programmes. But there is a broader opportunity. With interoperable electronic money, stablecoin holders can access yield from regulated onchain marketplaces, not just from issuers.

PlatformD offers investment-grade digital securities backed by individually verified invoices from named, rated obligors. The yield comes from real commercial obligations. Uncorrelated to crypto markets. Auditable from origination.

The infrastructure exists. As long as electronic money is interoperable and scalable, stablecoin holders should be able to participate in real-economy yield, onchain. The Clarity Act has an opportunity to make room for that.

Dchain is evolving. The upcoming Theodoric-II upgrade establishes the technology for a new standard of credit transmission, connecting businesses directly with investors through onchain securitisation.

@dsrvlabs 💪

[PlatformD @platformdio]

We're excited to spotlight @dsrvlabs — bringing licensed custody VASP status and deep institutional expertise to Dchain's credentialed consensus layer.

PlatformD's next-gen FMI requires a vertically integrated architecture supported by qualified validators who meet the high accountability standards of institutional markets.

As Korea’s leading infrastructure provider, DSRV operates over 90 validator nodes and serves as the chair of the Stablecoin Council. With leadership roots in the Financial Services Commission (FSC), they understand that securing financial markets requires deep regulatory alignment and operational rigour embedded at the protocol level.
