@Theme_Fusion In case other users hit it - I had an issue with the mainwp-child plugin filtering the switch_themes permission which caused the Avada menu to disappear from my Admin site.
Is there a music composition name for this, and do you know of any other cool examples? Really enjoying the podcast as music composition interests me even though I know very little about it.
@SwitchedOnPop Got a question about music terminology. In this song https://t.co/jUA3ERDPiW there’s a section at 2:44 that does this, then another at 2:57, leading up to a moment right around 3:02 where something I can only think to call “negative space” happens....
The entire track kind of falls silent for a brief instant. It creates a neat effect and really draws me in. I know “negative space” as an art term for when large blank areas of canvas create interesting composition...
@jessfraz One mistake I will never make again when hiring is not focusing enough on the candidate’s core values and cultural fit. Technical aptitude alone is not sufficient.
@SwitchedOnPop Listening to ep. 109. Your comments about Homer Steinweiss and never having a repeating pattern reminded me of @PaulMcCartney’s bass lines on Beatles tracks. He always threw slight variations in there.
@brydgetech If someone were thinking of buying a new iPad Pro, what would you recommend using while they wait for the new pro keyboards to release? ...asking for a friend 😉
@kevinbalentine@Kingston2 Honestly, I wouldn’t consider this a simple task. “I want to create an S3 bucket and put files in it,” is a simple task. Monitoring files and configuring external access permissions, much less so! But, it’s easy for me to say that because I already have my PhD in AWS.
I saw this on Twitter and it made me sad. I get that what Blue did is sexist. I’m sure Pink felt it was unfair to the female scientists of the world. I AGREE. But, all I see here are two sexist tweets, not a way to move forward together.
@rhbBSE That row is a little separated from the others. Could @_datamimi be treating it as purple, not violet, and therefore not actually part of the spectrum? I just learned this recently and it still blows my mind. https://t.co/WcA8C9oTG3
I hate the clickbait title, but this was an interesting read. Great example of how one vulnerability can be exploited and create a snowball effect and a huge problem. https://t.co/7ULCDjKYeK
