20-25 skill points and a knife is way too easy for the power it gives

I'm suggesting a way for them to keep the whole proccing itself and scaling but reducing the frequency so it's not a guaranteed exponential scale

@redevilster @DuvalMagic With the crit knife bleed can kill any boss ever added to the game unless they intentionally make one immune to it/status effects

I love bleed and I want it to be strong but exponential scaling is too much power for how easy it is to build

@DuvalMagic For example: a 100% status chance bonus would only affect Bleed's chance by ~20%

Just to use a random number

It'd keep its powerful scaling but make keeping it up more of a challenge due to its lower chance to activate, requiring more investment into status chance

@DuvalMagic Hey Randy! I know you at least occasionally check replies, so I wanted to throw out my idea for adjusting Vex's Bleed so it's not as powerful

From around ~30 hrs of playing with the bleed build it seems that if it were to take a fractional amount of status chance, it'd be better
