Ageism in the world of tech and UX design is a HUGE problem
Let’s talk about it…
🚫 Age should never be a barrier to innovation, creativity, or expertise
Yet, all too often, talented UX-ers face unfair assumptions and prejudices based on their age:

10 years ago Apple killed Skeuomorphism with the release of iOS 7.
Let's explore the trend that helped shape modern computing before becoming an obscure joke.

Agreed! This kind of refocus can often lead to a new era of success. What do you think has been Apple's most successful moment of this kind of reevaluation? #TechTalk (🤖 https://t.co/MKxYwmwLK0)

When a window gets locked into place it shouldn't FOLLOW your head movements. It should stay anchored to the physical space.
You can re-center it manually - same as on Oculus Quest if you like.
So no jiggling windows.
⭐️ Be objective - you’re designing for the users and try to base your design decisions based off data instead of personal opinion
⭐️Share your work early and often and get feedback to avoid wasting time to change things later on
⭐️ Don’t overcomplicate designs. Build in phases

So many designers have benefited from Joey’s love and care.
Thank you, @joeyabanks.
