It should not be this difficult to commute to and from his school! Ironically there wasn't a single bus cancelled when the snow hit! This is a complaint again! (6)

@ArrivaUKBus it is also a hospital bus and so must be more reliable with no cancellations! I'm absolutely sick to death of this! I get this bus four times a day to take my son to his Special needs school and collect him. (5)

We boarded the bus from Old Swan, Davidson road at 07.57am and it still took over an hour to get there! The bus is slow, unreliable and always late when it isn't being cancelled!
This is the only bus I can get to and from this location so there should be no cancellations. (4)

It isn't once in a while it's every day, today one bus broke down, we had to get off, get onto another 62 bus from Old Swan to Walton, Ternhall Road stop and as a result my son was ten minutes late for school. (3)

I've had to pay twice for black cabs to get home for appointments and the depot has refused to refund me!
This is the only bus I can get back home, there isn't any other bus options! This needs to be sorted out, it's both unfair, and poor service! (2)

Yet again another 62 bus cancelled and having to sit in the freezing cold hoping the next bus at 09.57am will decide to show up!
I've raised complaints twice throughout December having had enough of buses being cancelled or late since October. (1)

@JustEatUK disgusting lack of customer service and refusal to refund. @KFC_UKI will you take responsibility for this disgusting food that we couldn’t eat due to overbooked. £16 for a meal we couldn’t eat!

@lpoolcouncil Did anyone from the education department attend the SEND protest at St George’s hall yesterday? There isn’t a single mention of SEND provision or how to address the lack of SEND places and the shortage of such settings.

@lpoolcouncil Can you have a word with this idiot and those like them, who do this sort of selfish behaviour! This happens all the time on this stretch of road. I had to walk out into the road with a pram to get around it.

Parking like a t***t so I had to walk into the road when clear of oncoming traffic to get around it in both directions with a pram and on the way back it had a 2yr old in it. 😡 @merseysidepolice

@Mersey_Care I have tried on two different times to get medical attention for a sprain under advisement from a pharmacist only to be triaged so no medical attention achieved. I may as well go to A&E.
