@AirFranceFR your hostess treated me and my baby like we had plagues. She literally folded her arms watching me holding a baby and struggling to grab my bag from the overhead board. She refused me going into the washroom to change the baby, but allowed men into the washroom.

@lufthansa misplaced my babyโs 3 piece stroller, delayed my flight bcus you decided to fix your brakes. Missed my flights due to your negligence, lack of customer service from your staff in Frankfurt and CPH airport. Turned a 22hr flight into a 48hr plus nightmare
