@sportinglifecan March 9 order has not shipped. I'm asking for a refund for the 7th time. I have called and spoken to many customer service reps, & no 1 has been able to address this & need to escalate it. This has been such a headache - hrs at a time waiting on hold.

@GapCA it's not fun making the trek across the city for an item that the website says a specific location has in stock - only to have the staff tell you that they do not have any in stock and to not trust what the Gap website says because it's often wrong. Just wasted two hours!

@mec contacted u about 3 items that need repair: MEC sticker peeling off; stitching coming undone & tear on ends of 2nd toaster. Response: no stickers avail & normal to come off (huh?), need 2 show proof of membership, photos, etc. Easier 2 go to tailor. #exmeccustomer

@Motts Still waiting to hear back. Is there a number I can call? My son's daycare feed the children your fruitsation products and we need to know if they are safe for children with an egg allergy and that there are no cross-contamination concerns.

@Motts I want to feed my infant son your fruit purees but wanted to confirm that there is no chance of cross contamination with eggs. He is anaphylactic to eggs so we must avoid all traces of eggs. We are in Canada.
