@aproko_doctor I was in level 2 last year, almost 130/80. Sometimes higher. I was 90+ kg and my BMI always said I was over weight even though I didn't look it.

Today I am safely under 120/80 last I checked. I didn't do anything, not even much exercise, I just stopped eating like a thief. 😂
