A very sad announcement.
I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.
In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.
Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.
In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.
Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”
That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.
Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."
You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.
Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.
The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.
Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.
Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.
If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM.
If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.
The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history.
He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough.
RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.
Rape Gang Inquiry update.
Our team is currently going through our draft report to ensure that all is legally sound for publication.
The plan is straightforward.
I intend to use parliamentary privilege in the chamber to name a number of the worst perpetrators/officials who we believe have escaped justice.
We will then use private prosecutions to pursue those individuals through the courts, and eventually put them in prison.
These are incredibly dangerous scumbags. It is an national network of organised crime - it is not simply disparate gangs. This is a comprehensive criminal network that is capable of the most evil acts.
I will be informing the police, parliamentary security and the Home Office beforehand of who I intend to name and why - I also now have private security for the first time in my life.
But do not underestimate the danger of these networks. It is organised crime of the very worst kind.
We started this inquiry not to just talk, but to act.
The report will be published after the elections as I want this to be a cross-party effort, and party politics should not interfere with any of our activity.
Numerous Conservative MPs have been supportive, as have the Northern Irish and even a Labour MP attending the hearings. I want this to go beyond petty party politics.
We still have a significant amount of money from the crowdfunder, and that is ready to privately prosecute.
This is where we are. This is the plan.
Thank you to everybody for your support.

Folks, we told you this was coming, and today the mask is fully off.
A couple weeks back we reported, based on solid sources, that Coinbase was quietly lobbying to kill a real de minimis tax exemption for Bitcoin while pushing one that applied only to stablecoins like USDC. We laid out the clear incentives in our deep dive. Coinbase made 1.35 billion dollars in stablecoin revenue last year, up 48 percent year over year, almost entirely from yield on the Treasuries backing USDC.
A proper Bitcoin de minimis would let people spend sats on everyday purchases without triggering taxable events on every transaction. That directly competes with their centralized yield machine. We called it what it was. Policy that protects Coinbase’s float rather than advancing neutral Bitcoin adoption.
Brian Armstrong pushed back hard. He called our reporting totally false and misinformation while insisting he was personally lobbying for Bitcoin de minimis. Some accused us of lying or spreading rumors. We stood firm. We offered to have Brian on the TFTC podcast to clear the air. We waited.
Now the latest draft from Reps. Horsford and Max Miller on the updated PARITY Act framework has dropped. It confirms exactly what we warned about. It gives a de minimis exemption to stablecoins but leaves Bitcoin out entirely. It keeps the punishing double taxation on Bitcoin mining fully intact while carving out relief for passive validation, basically staking. This is not an oversight or sloppy drafting. It abandons any pretense of technology neutrality and deliberately picks winners. Dollar-pegged stables and staking get the breaks, while actual Bitcoin usage as money and Proof-of-Work mining get kneecapped.
Without de minimis for Bitcoin, every small Lightning payment or sat transaction still forces cost-basis tracking and IRS headaches. Paying your plumber in sats or grabbing lunch with Bitcoin remains a taxable event. Stablecoins, being pegged and low-volatility, get an exemption they barely need. The real beneficiary is protecting that massive USDC reserve float and the yield it generates.
Meanwhile, American Bitcoin miners, already operating in one of the toughest, most capital- and energy-intensive industries, face continued double taxation while staking gets a pass. That is not neutral policy. It is industrial policy against domestic Bitcoin mining at a time when we should be leaning into energy abundance and securing the hardest monetary network.
The Bitcoin Policy Institute is releasing a full statement soon, and we fully back the call for strong community pushback. Every Bitcoiner needs to contact their reps and make it politically radioactive to sideline Bitcoin while handing carve-outs to stables and staking. This language slows real adoption, entrenches custodians, and weakens American Bitcoin infrastructure.
We weren’t lying. Our sources weren’t lying. The draft proves the reporting was on target. Those who rushed to call it misinformation owe the community some honest reflection.
Brian, if you’re still open to that conversation, the invitation stands. Come on the podcast. No spin, just walk us through how this draft lines up with your stated support for Bitcoin de minimis. The mic is warm.
This fight isn’t over. Bitcoin doesn’t need permission, but bad policy can delay sovereign adoption and punish the miners securing the network. We’re here to protect the protocol and the right of individuals to use sound money without turning every transaction into a compliance nightmare.
Stay sovereign. Stack sats. Use Bitcoin as money anyway. Call your reps today.
Restore Britain is abundantly clear about what we stand for on immigration. THIS is our position. I urge you to read, and share if you agree.
Every illegal migrant will be deported. No questions asked. The boats will stop. Our 100+ page policy plan is produced and ready to go. It can be done. My position is well understood on this.
Legal migrants will be expected to work, contribute, speak our language and respect our way of life. If they don't do that, they'll be asked to leave.
If they hate us, and wish to do us harm - they will leave.
We support net negative immigration. Taking ultra-skilled migrants who will give far more than they take in small and manageable numbers, but shutting off entire visa routes from countries that are proven to supply us with miscreants and takers. The Red List.
Those foreign individuals who are here, who work hard, who contribute to society will absolutely be welcome.
But we will not allow millions of foreigners, mainly from the third world, to take the piss.
If a foreign national is unable to support themselves financially, it is not our problem. They should leave. We should not pay for their benefits, their social housing, their NHS care.
Again - it is not our problem.
They will go home. Millions will go.
Firm, but fair.
Dual nationals who want to blow us up will have their British citizenship stripped, and deported. If they rape young girls, they will have their citizenship stripped, and deported.
The spouse visa system will be eased, to allow citizens of non-red list countries to join their British partners.
There are underhand attempts to misrepresent our position. Ignore it. Send them this post.
We speak for ourselves, and only ourselves.
This is not controversial. This is certainly not 'neo-nazi' as Reform claim.
This is the position of the vast majority of the British people, and they finally have a political party representing that view now.
Restore Britain.
Unrealized gains tax for Gen-Z:
You buy a Pokémon card for $50.
Someone offers you $500 for it. You say no. You love that card. You're keeping it.
The government says: "Cool, but that card is worth $500 now. You owe us $100 in taxes."
You: "…I didn't sell it."
Government: "Don't care. Pay up."
You don't have $100 lying around. So you're forced to sell the card you love just to pay a tax on money you never received.
Next month? That card drops back to $50.
Your card is gone. Your money is gone. And the government shrugs.
That's a wealth tax on unrealized gains. They don't pay you back the tax...
Now picture this.
Your mom calls you crying. She has to sell the house she raised you in. Not because she can't afford it. She's lived there 30 years. It's paid off.
But some website says it's worth more now and the government says she owes $15,000 she doesn't have.
So she sells your childhood home. The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday.
Gone.
To pay a tax on money that was never real.
Now picture the opposite.
Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it.
Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000.
He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore.
Does the government give him his money back?
No.
Does the government give him his truck back?
No.
Does the government care?
No.
They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine.
You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive.
You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things.
It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday.
They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created.
There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate.
I hope you understand what's at stake.
🚨This is the beginning of the end for Keir Starmer.
Andrew Bridgen has just sent him a formal letter accusing him of fraud under the Fraud Act 2006 over the Chagos Islands handover. The deal - handing over British sovereign territory to Mauritius while paying them billions (estimates far exceed the official figures) to lease back Diego Garcia - has always stunk of corruption. @ABridgen
Starmer misled Parliament and the public about the true cost, the ownership history, and the national security implications. Now, with a former Scotland Yard detective's evidence, Bridgen is preparing a private prosecution. Names like Peter Mandelson (with his Epstein links) and others are implicated in what looks like a taxpayer funded heist dressed up as diplomacy.
This isn't just incompetence. It's alleged criminality at the highest level - treachery wrapped in legal jargon, costing British people tens of billions while weakening our strategic position.
Starmer's house of cards is collapsing: Chagos fraud allegations, military generals questioning his leadership, dodgy Ukraine linked stories and now this direct fraud accusation.
The net is tightening. The truth is coming out.
@Keir_Starmer - Andrew Bridgen wants you to know you've received this message loud and clear. The British people are watching. Tag him so he can't pretend he didn't see it.
What do you think, time for accountability or more denials? 🇬🇧

Whatever the Bitcoin price does, it’s never as important as your personal safety and security, and your family’s.
From January this year, CARF is coming into force in the UK (the cryptoasset reporting framework). What does this mean? It means that exchanges must gather your name, address, date of birth, amounts you hold, and details of all your transactions, before sharing these; not just with our domestic tax authority in the UK, but with many others across the world.
This is an utterly irresponsible policy and the industry as a whole needs to resist its wholesale implementation, pushing together for proportionate limitations on information gathering and sharing, which reflect the extreme risks to Bitcoin and crypto users.
Next week I will be in Parliament giving evidence on this and other matters, representing @bitcoinhodlco
at an All Party Parliamentary Group roundtable for @cryptoappg. If no one else is making these arguments where it matters, we will make sure that we do.
Whether you want to hold Bitcoin directly, or to own shares in a company like ours, is a choice that’s up to you. But you should never be put in harm’s way for making that choice. Join me and @CryptoTaxJme to discuss this on today’s spaces:
🚨BREAKING: The UK government is now trying to take down https://t.co/d8TYS3bX5u — the website that lists every convicted paedophile linked to the Labour Party.
It would be an absolute tragedy if it got shared and went viral.
You know what to do 👇
@BobLoukas Been following you from the first 4 year cycle video. Thankfull for your insights.
