It's kind of crazy how much customer love we get at @reclaimai.
Just this morning as I was sweeping through our support tickets, I saw the following new messages, all from different customers.

Status page never updated. Not super thrilled with the lack of transparency and timeliness.
@newrelic Everything seems to be down. https://t.co/4mJwjE6k1P says "All systems are working normally" but that's definitely not the case for us. We've opened a P1 support ticket but haven't heard back from anyone yet.
@paifgx@reclaimai Are you still having this problem? The Todoist settings page requires a working connection to Todoist. If there was a connectivity issue between our two services that could be the cause. If so, it might be working now. LMK.
Something very odd going on with @asana. Their Twitter profile is changed / private and the service has been offline for over an hour. No updates on the status page.
@intercom Your service is struggling. Our live support chats with our customers are timing out and generally terrible. It's the same when I try to open a support chat with you via Intercom. So something is up. Please fix!
People who accept payments on Stripe: do you support SEPA?
Lately I've been finding the dispute process (spoiler: you don't get to dispute it) to be so unfair we are thinking about no longer accepting it.
@patrickc@stripe Stripe continues to be a pleasure to work with. The new test clock UX improvements help a ton too!
But: I am sad to report that your IT appears to be kicking out all 3rd parties out, inc @reclaimai. We help employees be more effective. We're SOC2 certified, etc. Please help? 😅
So now that I'm deep into my first real @stripe integration, I have to say: they have an absolutely first class dev experience. Literally the best I've ever seen.
Kudos to @patrickc + the rest of the early team, it's clear they soaked the culture with a dev-first mindset.
