@UberUKsupport No thank you. I didn't come for any further help I came to say how bad it is that it can't be dealt with at the time not a few hours later. The resturant should of accepted they did wrong and Uber Eats should of acknowledged this and put me the customer first.

Order McDonald's and it arrived missing an item and the rest of the order was freezing cold and unedible. Will get a refund for the missing item 99p but not for the cold items even although I had to bin them. No food and no refund. Shocking. 😡

It was the first time I was actually craving a mcdonalds aswell. 😔At least I got to enjoy the mcflurry but feel robbed £13+ for a mcflurry. I couldn't bring myself to eat a cold chicken burger would risk making myself ill

@Uber_Support Also, I understand it's not yous that did the order wrong and that is McDonalds fault but not receiving a full refund for food that is inedible is just awful from your side. Customers shouldn't be punished for receiving cold food or wrong/missing items.

@Uber_Support No point really. It's been looked into and as they said the order was delivered on time they can't refund the cold items. Being 8months pregnant I'm not gonna eat freezing cold food. So been left out of pocket and with no food. Safe to say I just won't be using the service again

@Metro_Bank Thank you but there is no point, we will get the same answer only the Fraud dept can deal with it. We have made numerous calls to the bank and noone can deal with it. Its just a disgrace that we can't speak to a member of the Fraud team. Never any issue with any other bank. 😔

@UtilitaEnergy Thank you, I have recieved all my payments at the start off every month credited directly to my meter it dont last long at all but much appreciated and it helped that I could split it between my Electric and Gas. 😊
