On retro notes: I think as soon as these rules are codified and known, any good attacker will simply keep juggling addresses holding the coins. It’s pretty simple to just send them to a new address every block.
There are ways to programmatically track and update this (like taint analysis), but even that isn’t robust to instant deposit/withdraws from real protocols (you don’t wanna taint an innocent lp pool)
