@scrowder American “Construction Companies” don’t build anything. They subcontract to trades. Plumbers, framing, concrete etc. Those companies are LLCs and certify immigration status. Responsibility is on the trade. Could be 1 legal business owner and 30 illegal3. Just how it works.
