A smart move in Organisation Design would be multi-format jobs. Basically a mixNmatch of contract type - work style - sharing extent. So a CTO can be contractor, remote and dedicated whereas UX designer can be employee, onsite, shared. It’ll bump up talent capacity bigtime.
@agrawalkanu@CCLdotORG@Forbes There are definitely types, but those types aren’t rigid immovable positions but are comfort zones. For right incentive, leaders do stretch outside their natural zones. Leaders have their own developmental needs.
When companies ask recruiters to get them right fits, assumption is that recruiter is carrying a wallet filled with pre-right-fitted candidates. Does that prohibit collaborative deep search? #hrTrends#hiring @Raks_d @manojbshah@RichaRamola@PoojaGuptaHR @shobha
Looking for HR professional to manage assignment at Andheri East, 3 days a week onsite role, you’ll lead a small team, drive strategic talent development program as outlined by plugHR #HRjobs#mumbaiJobs @Raks_d @manojbshah#jobsofHR#talentmanagement
Organizations need to encourage cultures where it's safe to criticize -- where it's safe to speak up. This kind of culture encourages original thinking. ~ @AdamMGrant at #SHRM18
Probably. But driving these through humans is lost case. Human isn’t a judicious specie. Best way to drive humanity is through non-human more reliable & replicable models. To not let humans destroy a method would be the biggest success for humans :) https://t.co/cS4vejrpLT
@plugHR@AchalKhanna1 @SHRM18 @SHRMindia I think its about being #judicious while U deal closely with people/talents/customers ; #Prudent conduct to co-create a culture that reflects human dignity despite inevitable ruthless challenges that market/business/industry may give rise to.
@AchalKhanna1@mneetubala @SHRM18 @SHRMindia Wonder what that means. Humans have been kind, supportive and at the same time cruel, opportunistic. Rather than being human, #HR should aspire to be a value creator FOR humans. That may require moving outside human zone at times.
@DeepshikhaT Yes you are right, but you’d also prefer that the one who fixes it creates good documentation so next time this issue appears, it gets fixed faster & easier. That’s what we meant. Thanks for your input, appreciate your point of view.
Those who love hard work are a big problem. They don’t improvise things for themselves & others. They even expect to be rewarded for working their *** off. Next time you work hard, ask why it’s hard, try to make it easier for yourself and others. #SatSchool#HR#productivity
What are the signs of a good #HR algorithm? 1. It won’t take rocket science to implement. 2. It won’t matter if creator of algorithm is around or not. 3. It will produce same result most of the time. #SatSchool@plugHR https://t.co/Vt9YUk0dKc
That HR solves workplace problems is a misconception. Algorithms solve those problems, #HR just knows how to code those up without being called a coder. Make sure your HR spends more time writing Algorithms than running in the floor. #hiringHR#hiringSuperstars

Early stage ventures so much underinvest in #HR even after claiming that hiring right talent is their single most critical agenda. Then they pay heavily for years. #hiringSuperstars is a tough game, only a handful succeed, others hire from leftovers.
Be careful of employee LTA claims.
Schools are on the verge of summer break. You must be getting bombarded with leave requests. Once these employees are back your LTA claims are going to skyrocket.
