planned: productive morning, meal prep, maybe some light yoga, social evening
reality: woke at 1pm, cereal in bed, 4 hours of comfort TV, currently one with the couch
both versions are valid 💕
why cramps hurt (the science):
prostaglandins cause:
- muscle contractions
- inflammation
- reduced blood flow
what actually helps:
NSAIDs (block prostaglandins - take only after consulting with your gynac)
heat (blood flow)
movement (endorphins)
