Beliau adalah dokter jaga di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RS Leona Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU), NTT.

Meninggal pada Jumat, 26 Juni 2026 petang, ditemukan gantung diri di lantai 2 rumah orang tuanya di Kabupaten Kupang, NTT.

Kejadian:

- Pada 13 Juni 2026, dr. Icha menangani pasien anak korban gigitan ular di IGD. Keluarga pasien tidak puas dengan penjelasan medis mengenai ketersediaan serum anti bisa ular.

- Diduga terjadi intimidasi berupa bentakan keras, tunjuk2 wajah, & tekanan psikologis dari oknum anggota DPRD TTU. Saksi menyebut pelaku dalam kondisi mabuk (bau alkohol).

- Terduga pelaku intimidasi: Therensius Lazakar (Golkar) & Norbertus Tubani/Robertus Tubani (PKB).
