4/ You can expect PLTM (the token) and Athena with full liquid democratic functionality live by 10 June 2021!

1/ Today, we are happy to announce Athena, our liquid democracy platform that enables governance for Plutum. Through Athena, all PLTM token holders will be able to create and vote on proposals in addition to delegating their votes to other PLTM holders.

3/ Athena will be augmented with the Athena Portal, which will be our gateway to on-chain proposals and voting. However, it is important to know that Athena will be accessible through other methods, not just the Athena Portal.
