@Geiger_Capital The US consumes 7.5 billion barrels per year of oil. Almost none of it comes from the strategic oil reserve which is owned by the gov. What do you think matters, this or the actual price of oil? The price is what it costs for that 7.5 billion barrels which is consumed.
