Ruiz leaves behind a daughter.

My heart! RIP Daniel Erving and Tyler Smith. Both were 18.
Tyler Smith passed away on July 4, 2026. Daniel Erving drowned in April 2026. In both cases, people were charged with tampering with evidence.
Justice for Nolan also means more eyes on Daniel and Tyler. All three young men have families still asking for answers and justice. I encourage everyone to look into these cases ,the details do not add up.

All because she was parked in the driveway picking up her neighbor.
She stays calm, records everything, and calls the police.

The racist walks away like he did nothing wrong.

She waited for police. They never showed up.
