End of a perfect day....@YodelOnline .
After failing to deliver last week and being chased everyday to redeliver, today they have simply returned my parcel to the supplier. They are the worst, poorest and absolutely un-customer service focused delivery service in the UK

What a shame for the last 4 weeks and 2 different deliveries #yodel has completely failed to deliver to our house which is on an A road. It is imp. to talk with a human. All chat can does is send a message to the back office and then you wait 24 more hours for nothing!

2 recent deliveries too.... they can find my house on a main road.... then i discovered the parcel had not been dispatched!
