@Cignaquestions It's not a Cigna problem but a dentist issue. I paid up front for a service that is reimburseable, but the company refuses to provide a Tax ID. No ID. No Claim. I want people to know they are dealing with liars. My FSA covered half of the charges. I'm not out all of it.
