@British_Airways I have now waited over 2 months for a response. My patience has run out. You are stopping my entire insurance claim with your terrible service. My wife was ill hence the cancellation of our holiday. You are just adding to the stress of it all.

@British_Airways Absolute disgrace. I cancel a special celebration holiday due to illness, 6 weeks later you still can't provide me with proof of no-show. You are holding up my entire insurance claim. Just keep being told to wait. Surely such a receipt is simply auto generated!
