@RightScopee Again, am not saying there is no fraud in Minnesota. What am saying is the approval process is not as easy as we think it is for moving someone in a group home and having the state pay for services.

@RightScopee I know there is fraud in Minnesota. However as someone working in this healthcare industry, the state can only pay for services of people living in those homes. I work with group homes, assisted living facilities and nursing homes in Minnesota. Each client goes through a process.
