I am also a resident of Hi castle apartment located in Beta 2 sector, greayer noida and the IGL team along with builder has not been able to provide IGL connection in 7 months. Requesting thr government for intervention to stop sufferance of residents.

Residents of Hi Castle , have been waiting for the IGL gas connection since last year. 40 families are already living here and facing daily hardship due to the lack of gas supply. Requesting the builder and concerned authorities to kindly expedite the IGL work at the earliest.

We have moved to Hi Castle Apartment, located at Beta-2, Greater Noida, in November 2025. However, the IGL team and the builder has still not initiated the IGL gas connection work for the society.
We have recently spoken with Mr. Vikas Sharma, Project In-charge for the IGL Greater Noida zone, who informed us that multiple rounds of discussions have already taken place with the builder. He further mentioned that, due to the absence of proper provision for pipeline laying and new area deginated within the society premises, it will take an additional four months to complete the IGL pipeline installation.
Currently, approximately 40 out of 80 families have already moved into the society and are facing increasing difficulties on a daily basis due to the shortage of gas supply. This situation is causing significant inconvenience to residents.
In light of the above, we sincerely request your immediate intervention to expedite the necessary arrangements and ensure that the IGL connection work is initiated and completed at the earliest possible time.
Your prompt support and action in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated.
