I keep thinking about this Doc Rivers quote, "we keep loving this country, and the country does not love us back". Make no mistake, the black community saved democracy this week. They saved us. Thank you. Please support black owned businesses.
Cannot wait, but I live in the city. I hope the arena helps the local area, and forces septa to up its game/services. Understand traffic issues for out of towners.
Isn’t Nola, at this point, an average starter? Long term commitment doesn’t seem smart. 2 years, yes. But he would want big $$ and big years. Not worth it
You mistake me for someone who has any power in the situation. I'm stating my opinion. I wouldn't pay him $170-$200 million. You ask me why- I give you numbers- you whine and cry because I back up my belief. Don't like it- don't follow
Hey @Phillies fans. I know you're watching the game, but I'd love for you to read a story when you have time, maybe between innings (you'll need a few innings). It's a cool story about an unheralded member of the team - interpreter @diegoettedgui

Still don't understand why very rich very successful guys want to be internet posters so bad. You don't want this life. Go pick a random artist and free them to create. Feed 1,000 shelter dogs. Buy another yacht. Breed raptors. There's just so many better options here
This is a great piece and I have this complaint about nearly everything these days: lights, refrigerator panel controls, speakers. Everything should work simply and physically and not require apps.
Happy indictment day, ya’ll! Like and repost if you are not getting indicted for being a fucking traitor and trying to overturn a free and fair election.
Elon Musk can't stop making things up. From Hyperloop transportation to self-driving cars to Twitter policy, here's a list of the billionaire's biggest hyperbole, evasions, and outright lies https://t.co/pl4TZAmbMf
So when Chrissy picked his elective classes last year for freshman year at High School this year, He picked: Marching Band, Advertising, Bank & Finance and Money Matters. He has never been in band, so I was taken by surprise. He’s on the drum line.
He had his first performance last night. He couldn’t stop talking about how great and catchy the songs were.
This morning I had to drop him off at the grand opening of a Walmart an hr before school starts. They asked the band to be there.
I don’t know what propelled him to sign up for it, but the excitement I see in him is everything. I found out it’s $475 dollars, but Ma Dukes stepped in and sent me the money. She said ‘Whatever my grandkids want to do I’m gonna support them being the best they can be at it.’
The point is, support your kids. Encourage them. You never know what is bubbling under the surface. He thought he wanted to play soccer, but discovered something new.
That’s what being young is about. Discovering new things. My ass is tired driving all over town, but it’s worth it if Chrissy is finding his passion…
@cjdawz@pnow2004 We love Jerome, all his art, and all he does for the community! And while c.j. didn’t draw this bus, we are so proud that many of us have been teammates, friends, and have other connections to c.j., who is an amazing artist, person, and player!
