"And with that choice comes a remarkable sort of freedom. The freedom to be still, to become aware and to stop hiding from the living that’s yet to be done."

It took me just 2 mins to object to chopping 32,572 trees in Bengaluru. Click the link, fill in basic details, and an email will be sent to the Deputy Conservator of Forests. Let's save these trees together! 🌳💚@jhatkaadotorg https://t.co/yygtQ1Oa5f

"A key to growth is being willing to change our minds."

[Adam Grant @AdamMGrant]

We shouldn't listen to people because we agree with what they think. We should listen when we're impressed by how they think.

Intellectual loyalty is defending strong convictions. Intellectual integrity is being convinced by strong arguments.

A post I wrote on the state of Bangalore 5 years ago went viral now and I deleted it. Why? 👇

I am a Bangalorean. Since I was 2 month old baby, I have been in Bangalore. I did my schooling here.

An 🍎 a day keeps the 👩‍⚕️away wasn't about the 🍎 or about the 👨‍⚕️.

It was about consistency.

Any good thing we do consistently we reap benefits of it. Everyone starts everything that is to be done and as time passes by many drop off. Consistency is a child of persistence.

Testers often ask me how to test AI. THIS is how to test AI. This is how to *test* anything: exercise it while challenging it; not seeking to show that everything is okay, but looking for problems; showing how the product *doesn’t* fit the world it might be intended to live in.

The most difficult / pivotal moment in my career occured shortly after Sheryl joined FB in 2008. She saw my potential and wanted to give me more responsibility for the business, but decided first to do a 360 performance review. The feedback from my team and peers was devastating.
