@LauraforOhio7@ChrisMurphyCT 69 million women got married, legally changed their names, obtained new social security cards, drivers licenses, and passports.... Then promptly threw away their marriage licenses and birth certificates and are no longer able to prove their identities...
@kyledcheney This order will fall on appeal. SCOTUS already ruled that these migrants could not be treated as a class of litigants. So each one needs to file a habeas challenge.
Also if the AEA is held to grant broad deportation powers then this order is moot because the removal was lawful.
@NoLieWithBTC Wait... So the same women who presented their marriage licenses to change their names can't present the same marriage license to prove their identity?
@culturaliteral1 The driver isn't fully at fault here. Even with right of way, a pedestrian has a legal obligation to show "due care" for their safety.
She saw that the car was moving and entering the roadway. She took no care to ensure the driver saw her before stepping in front of the car.
@LongIslandAudit@marshallpittman The guy they were pursuing had illegally re-entered the country after being deported previously. That's a felony.
A felon fleeing arrest entering a home is a valid exigent circumstance.
The fact that he's a known felon categorically makes entry without a warrant permissible.
@LongIslandAudit A known felon cannot escape arrest by fleeing into a private home. This is an exigent circumstance and an exception to the fourth amendment.
You also cannot use a door to assault a federal agent.
These people should be investigated for aiding and harboring a fleeing felon.
@mettatoons@dahlke_dee@RepHoulahan@GodessofChaos71 So you haven't renewed your driver's license in over 16 years? Because your driver's license is a REAL ID.
Idk, man. Sounds like you're manufacturing outrage here.
@Garrett_Archer@FreeEntPrize@grok@grok In the 2020 election, did PA election officials require observers to remain behind a fence 100ft away from ballots during counting? Is this setup a procedural irregularity or is it a common practice?
@camiloreports@CBSNews It was already set to lapse and the Trump admin was just going to let it... So now taking no action is arbitrary and capricious? They are ordered to set a specific policy now?
Is it not obvious that these judges know they'll be reversed and are just obstructing the executive?
@ImBreckWorsham The Senate is intended to protect state interests which is why they were originally selected by state legislatures. That's what Madison wrote in Federalist No. 62.
The progressives demanding pure democracy passed the 17th amendment and f*cked it all up.
@mmpadellan Are you lying by omission or just stupid?
Don Lemon conducted reconnaissance for the protestors to go into a church and interfere with the practice of their religion, then joined them.
It doesn't matter if he's a journalist; it's a crime to enter a place of worship to disrupt.
@EdKrassen Or... Perhaps it's that corruption was identified the intelligence community (which we were saying back in 2020) and had to get weeded out so they can faithfully conduct an investigation instead of these investigations mysteriously and inexplicably just evaporating like usual.
@Suzierizzo1 He's wrong but not for the reason these libs think. They ARE getting lawful due process. It's administrative, not judicial. The law says illegal aliens that are subject to expedited removal are not entitled to a hearing and the removal can't be appealed. SCOTUS has upheld this.
