As a customer who has had their money illegally stolen by a so called bank and has politely contacted said bank to ask for MY money back and is now blocked @TheFCA@financialombuds when exactly are you going to take these people to task for this #fraud I am not alone in this ❌

@pockitarefraud @dancarlin77 @PockitUK It is unbelievable that customers are forced onto social media out of desperation to try to urge an entity with bank status to address their problem, whether it's withheld funds, cards that no longer function or whatever. There are serious issues here.

@dancarlin77 @PockitUK If you look back @PockitUK social media teams tweets they clearly state time and time again they have no access to individual accounts So it begs the question WHY they keep asking for out emails .why don’t they stop prolonging this garbage and give us our money
