Verizon customers class action suit time. This is outrageous and the lack of communication is not only tone deaf but shows a complete lack of respect to their customers.

@Verizon No texting either! Another thing because everything requires 2-step verification with your phone you can't get into bank, whatsapp, amazon and many other accounts. This is scary and the dependence on 2-step makes it worse.

@msp1506 @VerizonNews I can't text or make phone calls or use wifi calling, but I can be on the internet. It also reset whatsapp which is now unusable because it wants to verify you by sending you a text. Is Verizon going to compensate folks in any way?
