Indian Police system lacks on ground leadership as it comprises only of the state cadre low level constabulary and not from the IPS Cadre. In any case both are neither adequately trained and equipped nor has adequate strength for law enforcement so common man has to suffer.

Shocking inefficiency by @OfficialGMDA 🆘️ The Bajghera Underpass on #DwarkaExpressway flooded because water from Old Bajghera Rail Over Bridge & Palam Vihar was routed into #NHAI's Dwarka Expressway Underpass instead of the main BIG drain along the surface road. Is it done purposefully? @DC_Gurugram @diprogurugram1 @MunCorpGurugram @OfficialGMDA are NOT PERMORMING as per expectations of the Gurgaon residents.

The volume of water drained in underpass was such that all 7 high capacity pumps failed to dewater the underpass leaving residents & commuters to suffer. Is #GMDA intentionally sabotaging developments happening around Dwarka Expressway #Gurgaon? This is unacceptable! #Gurugram #GurgaonRains #GurugramRains

Kindly take STRICT ACTION against the responsible persons behind this wrong doings.
