Poki has been unpublished from the Microsoft Store.
Farewell my baby, which has paved the way for my self-employment.
And thanks to all of you who have supported me over the years ❤️
@pocketsupport@jpwallhorn Do you have any plans to update your developer API? It is missing a lot of functionality and hasn't been updated in years. Even your "Preferences API" is in early access since ... 2017 maybe?
@ChimChim2 Programming until the end 😊
I have transitioned fully back to web development. I always was a web dev and only wrote apps for a few years that's why it wasn't too hard to get back to the web. However I left back Windows phone with some tears.
The most common problem seems to be a connection error. I can only suggest trying to reinstalling the application. Other than that there isn't much we can do to resolve this.
@Saeglopur89 Maybe it was good back when it was released but it already looks a bit dated in 2020 tbh.
Regarding the support: I do not support it anymore. However there are still some ppl using it :-)
@ZeTiago117 I honestly don't know. The core code is shared between the projects, hence there shouldn't be any differences 🙄
Are you still using @Pocket on any platform?
I have almost completely stopped using it since I am not commuting anymore and can read stuff whenever I want.
As a few of you were requesting help regarding problems in Poki 2: I really would like to help you resolve these issues but I do not have the current version/code of Poki anymore, therefore I can't push any updates..
I am so sorry 😑
@LtCmdrKeene As far as I can remember this is because I have disabled the text scale factor in the app, so it doesn't match the text scaling of the OS. As I've lost the source code I can't provide a fix for this anymore, I am sorry.
