Your elevator at Khyber Hotel Corporation, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai (Lift Serial No. G3373) has become a constant source of frustration. It is out of service virtually 4 out of 5 working days every week, causing immense inconvenience to everyone visiting the offices in the building.

The situation is made worse because OTIS engineers rarely, if ever, attend complaints. Even when complaints are registered, no one turns up. Today, 15 July, a complaint was lodged with OTIS Customer Care (Complaint No. 5970618), yet once again there has been no response from any engineer.

To make matters worse, the lift’s power supply is frequently switched off and diverted for other civil works, leaving the lift completely unusable. This is unacceptable, especially for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, clients, and others who have to climb several flights of stairs.

Is this the level of service OTIS considers acceptable? We expect immediate action, restoration of reliable service, and an explanation for the repeated failures and lack of engineer attendance.

Reckless driving by this 2-wheeler rider this morning near Eros cinema in South Mumbai. It’s not just irresponsible—it’s dangerous and life-threatening. Speeding, zig-zagging through traffic, and ignoring basic rules puts pedestrians, other bikers, and car drivers at serious risk. This kind of behavior cannot be ignored before it leads to a major accident.

Requesting Mumbai Traffic Police @MTPHereToHelp to take strict action against this rider and ensure such violations are dealt with firmly. Road safety is everyone’s responsibility. One person’s negligence shouldn’t cost anyone else their life.

Parcel from Surat to Mumbai booked on DTDC not recd since last more than 21 days. Calls to @DTDCIndia customer care have not yielded any result. The courier delivery agent has falsely updated status on website saying nobody at address/KYC not updated/phone not answered etc.
