Jokes aside, join me on Friday for a fun lecture :)
P.S. The stylish kite-pin I'm wearing is made by Afghan refugees/returnees & sold by @ishkarartisans
@OmidSalman@SussexUni @ishkarartisans I was just joking, still working on finishing my PhD... but if KNU were to offer me the position, I would humbly accept it. ;)
Unfortunately, I won't be able to fly down in the coming months due to COVID but I'll let you know as soon as I get the chance to travel again!

@rmkubinec Good one! Should have rather phrased it as finding no evidence *for* a causal relationship and leave proving that something does not exist to analytic philosophers ;)
Jealous of everyone who got to fly this Yak-40 to Khorog. Compared to the An-28 & AW139, the quieter trijet surely allows to enjoy the serenity of the Pamirs in a completely different way. Wondering though whether it used to fly at higher altitudes than the turboprop & heli?
Almost 13 years hard work of my friend who published this dictionary
Shughni-Tajik-Russian-English dictionary. So happy to see that young scholars in Tajikistan care about our language and culture. Who is interested in Pamirian languages can get such a useful dictionary
