@heart__of__oak@TPPSkol Why do you just assume he doesn’t have a learning disability. Multiple sources with knowledge of the situation said he did. Do you think the Bears are just going to come out and confirm that?
@JoeA_NFL Hit the nail on the head with this. Many such cases of people like him making it to the GM chair in the NFL. NFL front office ascension is not merit driven.
@BeyondHalas@FBA_Extremist@whatsyour40 This. Letting an entire offseason and season go to waste by not telling your coaches critical information about your QBs learning disability is criminal.
@TayDoll1010xl I mean Waldron was put in a bad position out of the gate not knowing about Caleb’s dyslexia. Using a wristband was a huge issue that year.
@SwiftyNetwork He’s not the primary football exec it’s clear and obvious. Look at the small office they gave him while Matt Ryan took the GM office Terry Fontenot used to have.
Matt Ryan is clearly running the show in ATL and it is obvious why the Bears did not get comp picks. You can even tell they put Ian in a smaller office while Matt Ryan took the standard GM one Fontenot used to have. #Bears
@MichaelGus57@nflcommish It is clear as day Cunningham isn’t the primary football executive. Look at the office they gave him compared to the ones Stefanski and Fontenot had. Matt Ryan clearly took the GM office.
@startkyIeorton I think the larger issue is Poles not telling the coaches about Caleb’s dyslexia. Obviously it’s going to be hard to coach someone when you are missing this critical information.
@SandoNFL Most of the league circles talk is about Kwesi taking paternity leave if we’re being real. That has been talked about in league circles since it happened.
@MJMcElwee@Angrymike23@SwiftyNetwork@AtlantaFalcons Sure the Bears could block and that would be the smart thing for the Bears to do, but Matt Ryan is Poles’s buddy and Poles is the one getting Ian this job. It won’t be blocked.
