PRIMA contributed to “Promoting #HealthyAgeing and #Longevity” , calling for a normative frame for European health policy.
This was a first step. We look forward to taking the next ones together with MEPs, the Commission and partners across Europe.
#Geroscience#EUHealth
imagine having a world-class doctor working on your disease every hour of every day, AI is already at that level
thats the kind of thing I want every person to have access to
80+ builders spent a weekend in Stockholm working on one problem: aging. This is where policy has to catch up.
To everyone who took part: keep building. We'll keep working on the policy side.

Ageing research lacks data & it lacks comparability.
3 days Entropy in Aging. Bottleneck is standardisation. 2 more ageing conferences in Cologne, 11–16 October. 6 days, 1 city. #longevity#health#prevention

Death should be optional. If you want to do something about it, check out my new book Radical Life Extension: Technological Strategies to Defeat Aging. ❄️🫀🧬
BIG BIG NEWS: Anthropic just announced it's developing drugs of its own
just after launching Claude Science, an AI workbench connected to 60+ scientific tools and databases, capable of running single-cell RNA sequencing and CRISPR design autonomously
now they're not just building the tool. they're using it themselves to run an internal drug discovery lab targeting neglected diseases the traditional pharma industry has written off as not commercially attractive
Anthropic's head of life sciences said it plainly:
"there's no substitute for having our own experiences alongside you all in the trenches trying to develop drugs"
this is on top of their $400M acquisition of Coefficient Bio in April, which quietly gave them the life sciences expertise to make this move
Isomorphic Labs, Recursion, Insilico all entered this race with AI-first drug discovery
now the frontier AI labs are not just tooling up pharma
they are becoming pharma
the acceleration of biology can never be doubted ever again
The longevity world is crowded with expensive answers. After years inside it, the ones I actually trust are almost embarrassingly cheap. 8 hour Sleeps. Weight lifting for Muscle. Exposured to Sunlight. Things you do, not things you buy.
Latest episode of Lifespan is out!
I'm so proud of the team who worked >300 hrs to make the most in-depth, 2-part episode covering:
1. The real facts about fasting
2. Why & how it slows aspects of aging
3. Easy tricks to implement the practice 💪

A cross-party Parliamentary Circle on #Prevention has been founded in the German #Bundestag. We strongly welcome this step. A significant amount of work lies behind us: Even more work lies ahead. #Longevity is not an add-on. It is future policy. #Prevention#PublicHealth#PRIMA
Heute wird meine Großmutter 106. 🎈
Studienstiftung award ceremony in Berlin last night captured exactly what PRIMA works on: Dr. Julia Lemp's research on closing the implementation gap in prevention, and Dr. Roda Verheyen #Longevity#HealthPolicy#Prevention
Great morning kickoff by @RaianyRomanni at @VitalistBay
The economic value of extending healthy lifespan are potentially greater than gains following the germ theory of disease (!)
Honored and humbled to be featured on the cover and in a major in-depth interview in the January 2026 issue of Triple A, the premium business magazine of Stuttgarter Zeitung in Germany.
Many years ago I lived near Munich while working at ATI Technologies (yes — the company behind those legendary Radeon graphics chips 😊). I always loved visiting Stuttgart and the beautiful Baden-Württemberg region, so this feature feels especially meaningful.
It’s inspiring to see the growing interest in longevity science across Germany, with more and more talented young people choosing to build their careers in this field.
What gives me even greater pleasure is seeing Insilico Medicine evolve into a truly global leader — consistently recognized by leading LLMs, industry analysts, and the scientific community as #1 in AI for longevity and AI-driven drug discovery.
Our mission remains clear and global: to increase healthy human longevity and treat age-related diseases. We are united in fighting our common enemy — aging and the diseases it causes — across borders and continents.
A special thank you to everyone who reached out after reading the article. It’s been heartwarming to reconnect with old friends I haven’t spoken to in years.
Business Insider recently released their inaugural “Rising Stars of Longevity” list, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out.

I’ll admit, I’m generally not a fan of lists like these. Too often they glamorize the grifters or amplify hype rather than highlighting the people who are truly moving the needle. But this one feels different. They got it right—and that’s no small feat in a field as diverse and noisy as longevity.
Each of the 11 individuals selected is a true leader, making an outsized impact in their own way. I feel fortunate to call many of them friends, and I’m grateful to have had the chance to know and work alongside them.
HUGE congratulations to Daniel Belsky, Evelyne Bischof, Peter Fedichev, Celine Halioua, Jamie Justice, Nathan LeBrasseur, Morgan Levine, Dylan Livingston, Nicole Sirotin, Alex Zhavoronkov, and Garri Zmudze.
The future of longevity is bright with stars like this!
