@west_response Another 600 cops to go? We'll be broken by then. I can see in my team and those around me there are a few close to burning out already. Public are getting a horrendous service as it is.

@PSOSNorthLshire Good PR but 2 officers for 3 hrs when you cannot access a local station due to cutting public counter opening times , takes up to an hour to get through on 101 and police don’t personally attend thefts etc you can understand why folk are annoyed #PoliceScotland

Skoosh some washing up liquid on it. Pour water over it and then use an upturned cup or glass, rub it in circles. It will create a load of foam, scoop it off.

@GdivReps can you please clear something up for me? Do your pension contributions come off your taxable pay? I.e. I'm now over the top rate of tax band but heard that your pension takes you back down
