Here is the last thing I’ll say about the Remigio thing, and then it’s time to move on: this team owes it to Mahomes to surround him with as many playmakers as possible. That slot on the 53 should serve that purpose. It’s currently being used to make Dave Toub sleep better at night because the guy can catch punts at a high percentage and that about it.

My hope is still that they pick up someone to bolster the depth at WR, because you currently have one guy coming off of a surgery/jail time, one guy with major injury concerns, and a bunch of unknowns everywhere else.

Expecting Mahomes to be Superman when he’s coming off an ACL is unfair.
