Then we are saying, the diverse demographic gets 50% of the opportunity. White males have always had the most opportunity, despite being 30% of the total pop.

We are talking about the division of opportunity between white males (30% of population) with every other race and females (70% of population). This move gives the 70% of population more opportunity where it wasn’t present before.

If someone trains and learns a craft at a school, and passes with acceptable standards to practice said craft, then they are qualified.

@Zuzu29419137 @LordStanTheSlam @ACTBrigitte That is quite literally what she said. They announced the pilots they would train would be diversified. PoCs get the same training as white pilots. So how else would our lives be at risk other than her belief that PoCs cannot pilot as well as caucasians?
