@KnonTolo@stopdontshoporg@bookingcom The article says the guy saw a Jewish name and said no Jews. And then attempts to excuse the situation by claiming they thought it was a fake booking. way to double down.
A reminder to all: take care of yourself.
I’ve shared all the good so far, so here’s a more vulnerable post:
I had to fly back home to Montreal from New York last month. I had a tiny cold that led to ringing in my ears that I thought would subside. It did not.
I ended up having a major panic attack. First one in years. Went to the ER twice. Forced them to give me a head CT. Went to an ENT. Took all the anti anxiety meds. You name it, I did it. Doctors all say it’s idiopathic/ not worrisome, etc…but that didn’t help the way I felt. I’m still pushing further medically on my own. I started specialized therapy. But yea, I couldn’t do anything for about 3 weeks. Zero. Nothing.
You think these little moments cannot happen to you until it does. I was very scared of myself.
Don’t know if this tinnitus will leave or stick around but that’s the way it goes. I’m very grateful it’s likely nothing worse but damn is it ever bothersome.
This is a reminder to myself and to others to slow it down sometimes. Breathe. And tell yourself it will be ok. Even when you really think it won’t be.
And yes the @eatboldbar show goes on in full force with some cool updates soon.
p.s.: if you’ve dealt with tinnitus before and have any tips, I’m open to listening 💙🙏🏻
The Danish Eurovision representative, Søren Torpegaard Lund, posted a story on social media reading “FCK HMS” and “Am Israel fcking Chai.” That’s clarity.
Well done, Denmark. 🇮🇱🇩🇰
